Since joining Bella Medspa in 2009, Theresa Grubbs has become both a cornerstone of the practice and a trusted leader on our team. As a Tennessee-licensed Aesthetician and Co-Office Manager, she balances her time between caring for patients in the treatment room and helping to co-manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring every aspect of the Bella experience reflects our standard of excellence.
Theresa’s career in wellness began with massage therapy after earning her Associate’s degree in Applied Science/Massage Therapy from Miller-Motte Technical College in 2009. Her work as a massage therapist sparked her passion for helping clients look and feel their best, ultimately inspiring her to pursue her aesthetics license. Since then, she has earned advanced certifications in Laser Hair Removal with Candela, Microneedling, Hydrafacial MD, advanced chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and body contouring with Emsculpt®.
Known for her personalized approach, Theresa carefully customizes each treatment to meet her patients’ unique needs. She blends her early foundation in wellness with advanced aesthetic techniques, creating results-driven treatments that also deliver deep relaxation.
