Theresa Grubbs – Spa Manager

Theresa has been an integral part of the Bella team since 2009, serving in various roles throughout the practice. Her 10+ years as a provider and spa concierge have allowed her to be well-versed in all services and skincare offered. She began her career at Bella as a massage therapist after obtaining an Associate’s degree in Applied Science/ Massage Therapy from Miller-Motte Technical College in 2009. She is also licensed by the Tennessee State Board for Massage Therapy. Aside from her experience as an LMT, Theresa has furthered her education in aesthetics and has obtained multiple certifications, including Laser Hair Removal with Candela, Microneedling, Hydrafacial MD, advanced Chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and our latest body sculpting procedure, Emsculpt. Regardless of the service, Theresa believes that each treatment should be unique to her patients and customizes each treatment to meet their needs. She also incorporates top-of-the-line massage modalities in her aesthetic treatments, creating the ultimate relaxing environment! In her spare time, she likes to ride her Peloton and spend time with her family & friends.
