Prior to joining the Bella Medical Spa team, she worked in family care as a customer service representative and, prior to that, for five years at Jennie Stuart in medical records, gaining valuable insights into the healthcare industry and the importance of meticulous record-keeping. In 2018, she graduated from TMIKY with a degree in Medical Assisting, further enhancing her qualifications for her role at Bella Medical Spa.
As a Client Coordinator, Kenisha’s responsibilities are integral to the seamless functioning of Bella Medical Spa. She excels in scheduling appointments with precision, ensuring that clients can access our services at their convenience. In addition, she is responsible for issuing rewards to our VIP members, demonstrating our commitment to showing appreciation for client loyalty.
