With more than 10 years of customer service experience, she’s perfected the art of making people feel welcomed, listened to, and cared for. Her career has taken her from the beauty counters of Clinique to the fast-paced buzz of a casino, two worlds that taught her how to adapt quickly, think on her feet, and connect with just about anyone.
Izzy has always had a love for all things beauty especially skincare, makeup, and hair. So, stepping into the Client Coordinator role at Bella feels like the perfect fit. She’s the friendly voice on the phone helping you book your appointment, the familiar face remembering your name and details from your last visit, and the thoughtful matchmaker who pairs you with the right provider for your goals. For Izzy, it’s not just about scheduling, it’s about creating an experience where every guest feels seen, valued, and beautiful.
Outside of work, Izzy’s world revolves around her son, who inspires her daily. She’s also a bit of a plant mom (and proud of it), finds joy in her ever-growing collection of fun shoes, and loves recharging at her happy place,Tybee Island, Georgia. Her style is sweet and simple with a playful twist, much like her personality.
