Pre-Procedure for Laser Hair Removal

  • No waxing or tweezing the area 14 days prior to your appointment.
  • Discontinue use of antibiotics 7 days prior to a scheduled appointment.
  • Discontinue use of acne medication 5 days prior to your appointment.
  • Avoid sun exposure 7 days prior to service.
  • Do not use any self-tanner and/pr receive a spray tan. (The laser picks up on pigment, and the use of any kind of artificial tanner will disrupt any hair removal.)

Post Procedure for Laser Hair Removal

  • Avoid Sun exposure, including tanning beds, 7 days after the procedure.
  • Postpone taking any antibiotics for at least 7 days after procedure.
  • Postpone any acne medications for at least 5 days.
